There are four main types of torque limiter selection:
1. The overload torque value (or torque range) required by the torque limiter
Torque selection refers to T0, T1, T2, T3, T4 under each size.
2. Shaft diameter size
Each type of shaft hole has a large value of "DH7" or "dH7". If the shaft diameter exceeds a large value, you need to choose a larger size.
3. Connection method
For coaxial transmission (the driving end and the driven end are both shafts), we have to choose our specifications with couplings such as "-G" or "-T", such as parallel transmission (shaft sprocket, shaft gear, etc.) Just choose our standard form.
4. Does the overload number require signal output?
Sliding after frictional overload, no signal output function. Steel balls, rollers, and modules can also have signal output functions while skidding.
