Scoliosis orthosis made by 3D printing and evaluation of its comfort. This method is based on the principle of Seno orthopedics to establish a three-dimensional model of scoliosis orthosis, and the finite element simulation analysis and structure of the orthosis are carried out taking into account the torso constraints. After optimization, the model was divided into blocks and 3D printed to analyze the accuracy error. Based on the fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process, a subjective comfort evaluation method including environment, materials, structure, and motion was established. The results show that: 3D printing The technology enables the manufacture and production of custom scoliosis orthosis, and performs well in geometric accuracy and wearing comfort.
